That's a shame, I'd complain to the company. But I guess you get what you pay for. I might get one as a back up..
You do realize, that fastech doesn't actually make this stuff, but is more like a distributor for the various manufacturers. I could be totally wrong about this, as is so often the case. I think they explain their business model on the website somewhere.
