Anyone have this issue, or know how to fix/test?
The other day I plugged my eGo 650 mah (that I use each day and charge each day) into the charger. I noticed that the light on the charger stayed green, so I took it out and tried it on the atty. didn't work. Then, I put it back on the charger, and still green. One thing I noticed was a feint electric smoke smell. Then I went to unscrew the batt from the charger and the battery connector was really hot. This battery hasn't worked since.

Being smart, --sarcasm I now know-- I decided to test out what would happen with my only other eGo battery and plug in my 1000 mah auto battery. It immediately smelled, got hot at the connector and surprise, doesn't work.

I guess I won't use that charger anymore (duh), but any way to fix the batteries?

The bad news is a feint electric smoke smell, is usually the sign of the "magic smoke" being released by the electronic chips contained within your eGo, and once released not recoverable.:(

You could check the batteries and charger with a ~$10 volt-meter, (a necessary part of a vaper's tools) see if either battery will put anything out.
