Ego-c atomizer alternatives?

So the 5-pack of atomizers seemed pretty hard to come by in Canada. It got me wondering if I should be using something else.

What's all this cartomizer/clearomizer rage I keep reading about and do they fit on ego-c? All this great hardware I read about but I never see a mention of compatibility with my ego model

Anything that has a 510 connection will work. So, most carto's, atty's, tanks that use a 510 connection are a go.

Some you can even fit the cone over.

Yeah, I saw that thread soon after posting this and have been researching it since.

I'm a little confused by all the electrical jargon, but it looks like I have to be careful with what I choose for this ego battery. Dual coils are preferred yet harsh on the battery (and I'm not looking to upgrade that just yet).

I really like the Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers, which are "low resistance" on the eGo and/or Riva batteries. I always have a coupled filled and with me when on the go just in case the tank system acts up.
