Hey guys,

I have a problem with my eGo-C battery...

The other week at work, it was in my pocket, horizontally for some reason, and as I squatted down, the battery came apart from the chrome button/board bit, and the red and black wires were pulled off the board too, but still connected to the battery.

Now on the board, there is two + symbols, which didn't help me. So I thought 50-50 chance and soldered the wires on.
According to this thread, I had soldered the wires onto the wrong points :(

So I swapped them around and thought I had success when two of the blue lights on the board came on, but very dimly.

Now I cant turn these two lights off, it won't charge, the cig won't work at all and I don't know what to do....
But I do have the other battery that I got with my kit, so its not the biggest of deals..

So anyone had similar issues??

I repaired wiring on a similar eGo battery. Your 50/50 chance was on the downside of the 50/50 sorry to say and probably fried the board. But to double check be sure that you didn't have any soldier move on the board and touch another connection.
What I noticed with these eGo batteries is that the wiring is very delicate. Have to be very careful and not have the unit separate.

I have had a battery wire that connects to the top of the ego connection. The + wire come loose. There is no way I could get in there to reconnect it. I also had one come apart similar to this one pictured and luckily the wires did not come off so I just crazy glued it back together and it never happened again. You don't really have a need to get in there anyway since they are disposables. I had one on my bed before I left for the night and forgot about and when I came home I hopped into bed with it! I woke up the next morning with a similar scene to your photo. :)
