eGo C blinking like crazy

I recently bought an e Go C 900 mah, and after about 15-20 uses, it started blinking 25-30 times when trying to heat up a puff.

I switced out the element, and it heated for a split second, but then started the 25-blink thing again.
I then swithed to a different element, which worked for 1 puff. Now it's doing the same thing.

If I have no element screwed in, the light comes on normally, as if heating up, but as soon as I screw in any element, the light flashes when I try to heat it up.

Also, it looks like my charger does not come close to connecting to the plate inside the battery when fully screwed on. Is this normal?

The unit powers up and changes power levels normally, but when trying to use it, the crazy blinking starts.

Anyone have experience in this area?

Sounds like it might be best to contact the vendor where purchased. With products that are mass produced, troubles can happen. Candidly this is why I have a bias towards mechanical devices.
