Yes, buy some Boge cartomizers so when you are struggling with the Ego c atomizers and other delivery systems, you at least have something you can quickly fill up and vape to quench your desire for nicotine.

Nothing is worse than attempting to "have a vape" and having your only delivery system start acting up. That's the kind of stuff that will get you back smoking analogs if you don't have a fall back plan.

Then I agree wit the previous post to take long, slow vapes so that the juice flow can keep up and keep the atty wet.

Smaller drags are helping. Maybe if I used juice that burns better I will get more smoke from a small drag? I am currently filling it mostly with backwoods "honey flue" which does a fairly good job. Which juices do you guys like that produce a good amount of smoke?

Hi... in my opinion, probably the atomizer is not getting a proper juice flow.....you may try taking a couple of short drags from the tip, without pressing the button...this will circulate the juice better , before you actually press button to take a drag..

Secondly, check the inside of the pointed metallic nozzle of your atomizer, there should be a wick sitting there , pretty close to the mouth of that nozzle, adjust it if it has fallen inside...

Thirdly,if the above don't solve ur issue, then i believe it's the juice some juices just vaporize faster (especially the clearer ones) without giving enough time for wicking... IMO 1.7 ohms is pretty low, if you want to stick to your tank systems or any particular juice, try out the 2.2-2.4 ohms range attys.

I was having a similar problem with my menthol...which seemed to lose all flavor on a 1.7 ohm...even a 2.2 fell short for it..i dont blame the system....i was lucky enough to have my 510D boge cartos to fall back upon. it gave me much better menthol flavor on the twist at 3.2v...not only that the twist made my cartos taste better than on a normal 510 battery...producing much better and consistent vape....so I would also go with others above, who have recommended on the cartos....

I ordered 5 boge cartos as well for good measure. The atomizer wick is in place correctly.

However, if I pull the plastic tip out a bbit, it doesn't have the burning taste as often. I also use the twist(I have 3 of them) and have 10 spare 1.7ohm atomizers that I vape at 3.6v. I feel like I'm wasting money buying higher resistance atomizers at this point, but we'll see what happens.

I have had this issue with any tank system that I have used, drip a bit of juice and the burnt taste goes away for two or so drags, then comes back. It seems that the wick gets singed by not wicking well enough. I have had this issue even with 100% pg eliquid on 4 different tank attys. I eventually went the boge route, until I found the CE3 Phoenix clearomizer from gotvapes. I love those things

Dont feel the attys to be a waste just yet......save them, try out a couple of other juices meanwhile.. the darker juices seem to work better IMO on low attys.....get your self a pack of higher resistance boge cartos preferably between 2.4-2.8ohms, for this particular juice , they are pretty cheap too....and anyways the attys / cartos / clearos etc. are all disposables, so they are not suppose to last you a long time, but the twist will so that's something to be happy about :).
So I would suggest you use both types of attys / cartos low and high with different juice which suits them...nothing will go to waste trust me.

Cheers

This was very helpful, although I bought low resistance cartos ha. No biggie, the twist saves the day.
