ego-c leaking please help...

i have just received my brand new ego-c starter kit. i tried to smoke and the juice is leaking all the way to the battery
and all the way up to my mouth. i am using a vaperite e juice pg\vg. i have tried to replace the tank and it is the same on four tanks and boath of the ciggarrets.i am very disappointed

can someone help

Make sure you have the end cap back on.

Also make sure you installed the atomizer the right way and didn't crush it on sideways.

I've had to make sure that the tank was all the way down on the atty too. Sometimes they are really hard to get in there right!
