I've searched and I've yet to find a comprehensive guide on this particular subject (if there is one, please point me in the right direction and lock this thread). I am by no means a complete newbie in regards to PV's, but all these different letters and adjectives are confusing me.

I know that the Twist is the VV of the eGo world, and I know the differences in mAh. Beyond that, I'm lost. Are they all interchangeable? What is the primary difference between a Type A and Type B atty? Do all these letters mean something? or was it pure laziness and someone just said, this is the first one, it's type A, etc. ?

I'm losing my fragile little mind.

Health Cabin used to have a pretty comprehensive guide but now i cant find it on their website.

ego T is the "tank" ego. the attys it comes with are tank attys.

ego C is the "changable" ego where you can replace parts that may malfunction for example.

there is also an "ego c upgrade". that batt can be switched from regulated to unregulated.

i dont know what ego W is. it think it was the one that came with clear carts. ego "window" is what they were going for on that one maybe(?).

the bottom line is that all these types of egos were developed *before* the twist. IMO your best bet is to just cop a twist. gettign an earlier model ego would be like buying a 2 megapixel digital camera. well, maybe thats a bad analogy but when you can cop a twist for $19 (vaporschoice), its a no-brainer (IMO)

type A and type B refers to the atty size. i believe type A is your typical size and type B is a bigger diameter, that of the body of the ego itself, like the EMDCC.

Ah, thanks for the info. I have the eGo-C Upgrade with passthrough. Do they make Twist with a passthrough and 1000mAh? If so, I'd jump ship in a heartbeat.

Type A is the smaller atty (atomizer) that holds 1.2 ml of juice. Equivalent to about 13 "stinkys".
Type B holds 2 ml of juice (about a pack).
eGo-C Twists don't have passthrough feature because you dial the voltage on the bottom.

Can't have everything, I guess. Hope this clears some things up.

I also ran across an Ego-Z which has a square cross section, instead of round. Ego/510 threads, and I'm not sure if it is an official Ego, or a knock off. EGO-Z Tank Electronic Cigarette

Interesting find, some people may really like that square form-factor in a PV. Doesn't say anywhere that it has variable voltage.
