Ego-C Twist Charger Question.

I have recently ordered a 1100 Mah Ego Twist, and it should be coming in here soon.

I have been doing some research, and people are saying that if you use the wrong charger it could cause fires and or result in the battery itself exploding.

I have a "Generic" I would call it USB charger, and on the back it says output 4.2v 420mah. Would this charger be okay to use on my new Twist coming in, or should I buy a different charger.

That charger should be just fine. It is what I use for all of my ego type batteries including both my 1300 mah vision spinners. They are still going strong even after a full year.

Alright, Thank You.....On all the websites that I look at it never said what the voltage output of the charger needs to be, but just stated I needed a genuine Ego charger.

Your welcome. I think where some folks run into problems is when they use that charger to charge their little 180-220 mah cig-a-like batteries. It will kill them.

Yeah I figured that's what it was, but I'm the type of person that has to be 100% before I do anything. Plus with me being a beginner at vaping, I just wanted to double check."

Hopefully you also got the wall adapter otherwise you'll be plugging it into your computer, although for some reason my batteries seem to charge faster off the computer than they do the wall, it's still could be risky if there's a short or something from what I heard.

Yeah I have a wall adapter, I beleive the one I have is made specifically for a Ecig battery.

I also charge mine on a computer (At work), and now that you mention it the battery does seem to charge faster.

Just a note. You should be fine, but in some cases you will run into ego batteries that will not work with all standard ego usb chargers.
