Ego C twist dead

My husbands brand new ego c twist died died after 2 weeks, I contacted the place where I bought it, they sent me a video of the possible problem with pin being pushed in, I tried that fix, it didn't work. Husband took battery apart and found 2 wires broke. If anyone would like this unit for just shipping cost please let me know.

Its hit or miss with these batteries.I have 5 or 6 dead ones in my drawer.I still use them because I like v.v.and I dont like taking the proveri to work.I have 2 white 650 twist that are about 6 months old and I use them constantly.Some of the others only lasted a few weeks.
