It might be, but first you should check a couple of things... First, it's not turned off, is it? Did you try the 5 fast clicks to turn it on? Next, check the charger connection to make sure it's not gunked up with black goop. Check the inside of your battery connector, too. Clean them both with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol, then try charging again. After that, make sure the pin inside the battery connector isn't pushed in. If it is, you can gently pry it up with a paper clip or mini-screwdriver. If that's the problem, you will most likely continue to have issues with that, and need a new battery before long, but that might get you going for awhile.
