ego cartomizer?

is an ego cartomizer just a big 510 cartomizer? Since they use the same atty all the cartomizers are interchangeable right? regular holds 1ml and ego carto's hold 2ml right?

someone will correct me if i'm mistaken but I believe the 2mm ones are called ego MEGA cartomizers +
don't require a cone as it screws onto the outside threads on the battery where the cone would screw to
looking forward to trying them myself along the w/ mega atty, cart set-up
fill less often and vape happier

I ordered these above and they DO screw into a 510 battery no problems.

But they do looks a bit funny! The carto is thicker than the 510 normal battery so it kind of looks like it's wearing a hat (but the button is still easy to reach)
