I'm using them on my Chameleon without modding by using the Chameleon's native 901 connector topped with a 901-510 silver adapter. Also on my Silver 510 Lazer mod with no modding or adapter needed.

$hua.. what kind of atty are you trying to match? Cartos do not hit like attys no matter what the resistance is. Just matching resistance is not going to give you the same hit. Even 510, 901 and 801 attys all at the same resistance hit differently. The Ego Mega Carto does not hit anything like a 510 atty at any resistance. If I had to compare it to an atty I would say it hit more like a 302 pen style atty. Loads of vapor and flavor but mild on the TH. Of course different juices can make the TH better. Personally I like the mild throat hit with tons of vapor and flavor so these are perfect for me, but YMMV.

Happy 4th and happy vaping!

I was curious about these and ordered 5 of them to give them a try.

Gonna have to use adapters i suppose ( have plenty) but im wondering about the cleaning...but since i only vape a few flavors, i dont think that will matter much to me.

Thanks Witchy....you are so informative about cartomizers and I really appreciate all your postings about them.

I'm wondering about the cleaning part too. I've never had luck cleaning cartos, but with the price of these they are going to need to last longer than a normal carto. I'm hoping someone else tries it and reports. If not then I guess when this one finally needs it I will give it a try. This one came prefilled and I just did my first refill a couple hours ago. That was fun! LOL No I don't have any tips for doing it either LOL I made a mess, but I believe once I get the hang of it, it won't be so bad. Good news is my carto still works so I must have done something right :)

With the right combination of adapters these can be used on anything without modding the carto. If you take the skirt part off the bottom I suppose it can be used on most anything with a 510 connection. May not look pretty but can be done :)

Does anyone know the diameter in mm of these cartos?

Do they come pre-filled with Janty liquid?

I would get some if the diameter was the same as the diameter of my precious S...

But actually, I think these cartos are even thicker than the Precious S...

Any answers from the experts?

Faux... Had to find my caliper... the inside diameter of the skirt, which is the part that will have to go over the top of the Precious, is around 13mm. Hope this helps :)

$hua.. what kind of atty are you trying to match? Cartos do not hit like attys no matter what the resistance is.
Happy 4th and happy vaping!

Im trying to find a Carto that performs like a standard (2.5ohm) atty. The cartos that i have currrently are 3.2-3.3ohm and i feel they do not hit well enough for me even at 5v on a GLV.

My theory is that regardless of the size/capacity of the carto.. the resistance on it is what is of value to me. Im thinking the LR Cartos would be too low in resistance to be used at 5v... and the "standard" cartos (3.2ish) are too high in resistance to be enjoyable... so possibly this new mega carto at 2.65ohm might be the "sweet spot" that im looking for.

$hua,

Have you tried those cartos you use @6v, I use em like that daily on one of my Silver Bullets and dam there good in my opinion. I have a bunch of the newer LR Cartos and there just ok at 3.7 they burn kinda hot so at 5v they would burn for sure or even pop. These new Mega cartos are sweet you have to get some of em

I have not used my current ~3.2ohm cartos @ 6v... had i a 6v device.. im pretty certain your right.. they would be suitable for me at that voltage. As of this moment ive only used these 3.2's on my eGo (completely unsatisfying), and on my GLV 5v (eh i prefer the standard atty @ 2.5ohm)

I also agree.. while the LR Cartos would prolly lend me the best vape.. they prolly wouldnt make it very long at 5v.

I think im gonna have to break down and by a Buzz... and just go the variable voltage route. Keep the Buzz in my car/office with a normal carto and a dialed up voltage on the buzz..

$hua, you have to check out the new "OMEGA" that Chad just put out, this is the ultimate Mod in my opinion, I just recieved mine in the mail this week and it wont leave my hand, it runs with an 18650 or 2 x 3v Batts. I'm running the carto we are speaking about off of it at the momnet @ 6v and it's the best vape $hua, you need to try these cartos at 6v its all around th best vape I have found to date as far as taste and vapor combination it just puts out plumes of great taste and vapor, next to dirrect dripping which I like a lot this is the ultimate as for a carto in my eyes so far. The newer second generation cartos that will be out shortly also look like an awesome carto as well

feel free to PM with the important specs about it... i gotta be honest i just got my GLV 8 days ago.. and its gonna be hard to spend another 100+ on a mod so soon after. and im really thinking variable voltage is the way to go.

but please send me the specs of it.. i just dont feel like reading thread after thread to get the juicy info.

$hua,

Your funny PAL as much as I dont feel like writing up the specs, you can find it right at Altsmoke.com if you want to read em, I dont disagree with you on the variable voltage what so ever and think its a great inventive idae that will be coming much more alive then it has as of yet, I also have the new Tekkeon variable voltage Mod on order and should have that soon and im looking forward to that one as well. !!! Happy Vaping and Happy 4th of July to you and All:D
