Ego charger red/green problems

When I charge my Ego the charger stays on RED and never turns to green. The battery seems to charge but not FULLY. Is this a problem of the charger or battery?

IMO it sounds like the charger. I suggest contacting the company you bought it from and see what they can do to help you.

It could be the battery - one of my ego clones I got from Tasty Vapor last month would stay on the charger and not go to green and only stayed charged for a short period of time through about 2 cycles, and then would not take any charge whatsoever and is entirely dead.
