ego charging problems

When I connect my ego to anything wall computer TV Xbox the green light on the charger goes on and so does the light on the battery but when I unplug it I can't five click the battery to turn it on I just get nothing no light comes on the battery unless its plugged in???? Can someone please help

Are you letting the battery fully charge?

My experience with ego style batteries is that when connected to the charger, both the charger light and the battery light will come on with the charger light red. After some time - it will vary depending on the discharge state of the battery - the battery light will go off, and the charger will still be red. After some more time, the charger light may start to slowly blink green, red. Wait for the charger light to go steady green for a full charge. At that point, unless the battery is faulty, you should be able to vape with it.
