eGo Finish? And Compliments!

I got my eGo on Friday and noticed on Saturday that the finish is already starting to peel off of the top of the cone? Is this normal for the eGo rubbery type finish?

I also want to say Liberty-Flights is wonderful! Best prices anywhere, really quick shipping now that the Riva rush has let them get back to normal and TOP notch customer service! A++ GREAT job Abe and Ty!

could be the liquid your using, automic cinicade will pull the paint right off of Attys, Just a thought.!!!

That happednd to my titanium cone...I just finished scraping the rest off with my fingernail lol. I actually like the silver finish now better.

It's the oil based flavors that do this. I noticed as well this was happening when I first got my eGo. If you vape any of the oil based like atomic cinnacide or Cinnabomb it peels the paint so I use one cone for oil based vapes and specific atty's as well for this and all the rest I use my other cone for. Hope this helps

I have only used tobacco flavored juices since I got it on Friday mostly dekang ry4, deluxe tobacco, and desert ship I don't know whats in them I really don't think they are oil bassed. I put cinnabomb in some of my genuine joye 510 carto's (the new plastic ones) on my Riva and it kind of melted the plastic and ruined the draw, made them taste like plastic fumes and glued the cap on the carto's like modeling glue. I don't know about you guys but I'm not sure its a good idea inhaling that stuff if it can do that even though its so delicious.

I have one eGo and one Riva from LF that I only use AC in and no peeling yet.
I have had it bubble the paint on my attys after awhile, but not the cones.

I don't think that is uncommon. FYI, the BLUE, GREEN, and Stainless batteries have a metallic finish. The finish on those is more like the 510 batteries. I havn't heard of peeling with them.
