UPDATE

So last night, had an oopsie. My two best friends met (coffee and my eGo Twist) and had a party. After a night and all day in a bag of wild rice, I decided that it was now or never. If it was fried it was fried, the thing couldn't get any dryer.

Just screwed on my protank 2, took a few puffs and IT LIVES!!! I will keep a very close eye on it the next time I charge it. As it is, I never leave things to charge overnight or when I'm going to be away for longer than an hour. Thanks again to everybody that was in here last night!!!

I've taken Egos out in driving rain and got them thoroughly soaked. To cure them I sat in a pub and dried them on a bar towel. No problems at all. Imho they're pretty robust - I wouldn't be so cavalier with a Vamo.

Vamos are a bit more open to problems with water simply because they contain more stuff that can be mucked up in that way. They're still great. I want a waterproof Vamo or MVP that I can take for long walks in the rain. In fact, I want them NOW.
