eGo manual battery getting stuck on

Once in a while it will stick and I have to take something and push on it kinda sideways almost to get it to unstick. Do you think there is anything to do to fix it or should I just try to send it back to cignot? My other battery got a lot of paint that came off of it since some liquid leaked out when I first got it and peeled the paint off of it, which is kinda scary.

Also having a problem with my mega atty not working very well anymore, which I posted about in another thread where someone is having a similar issue.

Does anyone know what the return process is like that stuff like that? Can I deal with Cignot and they make it right or do I have to deal with Janty or whoever, which will make my have to deal with receiving and shipping from overseas? It hasn't been too horribly long since I got the eGo and then got the mega atty, and this problem started I would say around a week ago. I've been pretty busy helping my friend with some issues that he has been having, so I haven't had time to do much else about this issue.

Contact Cignot. Depends on how old everything is. They have great customer service !

One of my Ego batteries sticks as well, just unscrew the atty and push the button while turning it left and right, that should un-stick it.
