I've been smoking ecigs quiet a long time, never really did research until i had a few disasters with mall kiosks and such. recently, I switched from an Ego-T to the plain old Ego with the Mega Atomizer (the one not shaped like a cone.). Ive had some great success with this setup and am very happy with the vapor production and throat hit, or was until tonight.

Out of the blue, I put a few drops of this liquid onto my cart and the cig started to no produce the vapor I was used to. It happened rather suddenly, like I had good vapor then didnt. I cleaned out the inital atomizer and switched back to an older one I've had lieing around and still the vapor production is low. Ive tryed both my batteries, cleaning both atomizers and loading a new cart, even using a drip tip and still am not seeing the vapor production I should. Could some one give me some information on what could be causing this? Ive been using a variety of liquids so im not sure if its just the liquid i loaded into the cart. One of the batteries is brand new, a USB style one and the other is one of the older models with the Connection into the contact piece. It feels like all the sudden im just sucking out air.

Sounds very strange that happening out of the blue... I have 3 tornado which is the same as ego (or Joye as they make them) batteries, one normal and two megga, and my normal one has been working for the best part of 4 months and still holds the charge. Have you left them to charge for a few hours regardless of the green light saying its done?

Yes, I have even used the USB passthrough and kept the battery plugged in directly to no advail. I just purchased a new atomizer it should be here tomorrow so well see if thats the problem.

All of my atomizers get like that. That's why I use cartomizers.

What color juice were you using, how cloudy is it, and is it sweet? Some juices gunk up atomizers real fast. Some have a lot of flavoring sediment that makes burnt-on slag on the coil, can clog up airflow around the coil, etc.

Also - your atomizers could be flooded if this is a thinner or thicker juice than you are used to. Try blowing out your atomizers and repriming, and also take a soft folded point of tissue and make sure the valley between the battery's center post and threads is dry.

Also - how old is your battery? Batteries last somewhere between 150 and 300 recharges. And if anything extreme LR was used on a battery they can get damaged. 510-T chargers can also damage Egos and normal 510's.
