Anyone trying eGo Mega cart mods? They hold so much fluid it's almost impossible to do anything significant with them without leaking. I did find one that works...it's basically using a nylon mesh (similar to the PTB) to replace the poly fill. You need a little more material then for typical PTB mods, so I'm using the aquarium filter nylon bags from Hagen (Fluval makes them as well). Here's the link:

I'm cutting 3 equal length (~6") strips...the first is about 1" wide (the depth of the cart insert), the 2nd about 3/32" less in width, and the 3rd another 3/32" less then the 2nd. Roll the 3rd tight into a tube (it's hard to roll this stuff). Roll the 2nd over the 3rd, then roll the first over the other 2. Keep the left edges of each roll the same...the other end will have a concaved face created by the 3 layers of depth that snugs beautifully against the atty wick. No leaks and great wicking! If you need to trim, carefully pull out the filler with tweezers at the center and on the side (they'll unroll from each other easily) and trim from the inserted end untill the widest roll is level with the cart opening.
Weaved nylon fiber is heat resistant...no burnt filler taste at all when running dry. It always has a clean taste. It holds the juice very well (even better than the polyfill), wicks very well, and when you run dry, there's significantly less holdup volume then there is with the polyfill. I've been using these for a few days now exclusively with my Mega carts.
(Sorry for the long verbiage...hopefully I can put picks up some time soon.)
