I have been reading & tried many of the cart mods & have settled on a combination of mods that seem to work great for me.

1/ Remove Cart Inner Disk - Increases air flow & Vapor

Using a large paper clip insert into the small hole in the mouthpiece. Jiggle the paperclip & the end of the mouthpiece will come out.

Inside you will see a second small hole put the paperclip in there as well & remove the same way.

Replace the outer part of the mouthpiece by pushing it back in.

2/ 1/2 Pyramid Teabag - Liquid reservoir

Unlike the Std teabag mod only use 1/2 the teabag.

Remove clean & dry the original cart packing.

Roll & fold 1/2 of the teabag then cut off the fold (wicks better)

Put into cart it should sit about 3/16" - 1/4" below the top.

3/ Straw mod - Better Filling & juice flow

Cut straw at 45 Degrees Insert into the cart & cut flush to the top.

4/ Cut the original packing in half & insert into the cart

By combining all these great ideas the cart fills easier wicks better & produces more vapor.

Thanks for the nomination but the teabag & straw mods are well covered all that is left is the internal cart disk, if you have a 510 cart just put a paperclip into the mouthpiece hole you will find its not glued in so comes out easy the disk below it comes out the same way.

Yes, I do like your idea, it does work wonders. I didn't use the PTB, just the standard filler, and that works great too. Good work!

I use the 1/2 Tea Bag to support the std filter a little like the spring mod. Only using 1/2 leaves plenty of room for extra juice.

Actually, after trying this for about two hours, I would say this is by far the best mod I have tried so far.

I am using it now with the blue foam mod,
and it does increase the air flow.

And you don't get that "water ...." sound if you flood your cart.
