EGO Mega Cartomizers

Okay, I know someone has to have posted this but I can't find it. I'm trying to find the easiest way to refill these suckers without making a huge mess and wasting juice. I've tried the way explained by taking off the whistle end pieces, puncturing the sleeve and using a syringe to refill and have the battery end plugged...still a mess and never quite filled

Please, anyone that is doing this successfully your advice is much appreciated. I'm trying not to give up on these...

there was a you tube video showing that you need to put the needle into the refill hole about 1/2 inch or so and then angle the needle to insert the juice off to one side, then pull back up and do the same to the other side. then you could put the needle down the sides (not in fill hole) and suck up any remaining juice.
