EGO ONE 2200 with the kangertech genitank MEGA

I'm using my eGo one2200 battery with the kangertech
Genitank MEGA, it works fine, but its really heavy. And it doesn't produce alot of vapor compared to the eGo pne tank.
So os it ok to use the kangertech genitank MEGA with the ego one 2200 battery???
