What are your thoughts on Kangertech's Nebox!? I just got it, and I got it for the purposes that it was a mouth to lung device. It is not, I just figured out, but it is a lower wattage device and variable voltage. I really like it. I think it will save me money, if it doesn't I will switch back to my Kangertech Genitank/eleaf 10 watt. But I think for a lower wattage device this thing works. It's like the ultimate device for this purpose I think. What do you think about it? IMHO, it's the ultimate tank/mod ever.... And it should be that, FYI, it is too. LoL!

Yeah, thanks, I really appreciate how it doesn't produce too much vapor. It's really pretty looking. I like the smaller drip tip. The fact that it has temp. control. Comes with a Ni 200 coil and I think it's a stainless steel coil, the other one? Idk. But I was weary of the sub ohm tanks after noticing what my Genitank could do, so, I thought I would never be back on sub ohmers. But this device works for me. It doesn't do nothing but produce "acid clouds" like the sub ohm tanks, but it makes a very nice, pretty cloud. With my Ni 200 anyway, haven't tried the SS or Ti or whatever it is.

I think it is the ultimate device to pocket and go anywhere with. You don't have the hassle of a tank, that is taken care of. That's definately nice. It's just a mod that holds ejuice. And has temp. control. I really don't know what to say about it. I just think it acts like a top notch mod, with a lot of really nice touches and aditional features. I can't explain it. I just think it's probably really popular and should be popular for a lot of people. I think it's a lot nicer to own than a lot of RTA's, it's a lot nicer to own than a good tank even the Herakles Plus, it has a really good feel to it, and incorperates a lot of nice features. It's really the best you can get, for a mod anyway, and definately a good choice for a long time vape. It could end up saving a lot of trouble, and plus, it's stealthy, and is really impressive, and can like I said wow the crowds. Not to worry it has your clouds, too. You can probably get some really big clouds with the RBA section, or some mouth to lung hits which I was really interested in by building smaller coils. I know a lot of other devices have that, but this one really manages to pull it off somehow.

Despite being hard to hit, you kind of got to hit it from the side, it's easy enough to smoke and that isn't really a major flaw. It has good enouogh flavor to rival some of the highest competitors, and really seems to preform more than a mod in even very basic to moderate mod tasks.

Definately a suggested box, at least something to inform the public of it's existence. Hell, if I didn't know about the Herakles when it was popular, I would eventually start to blame them.

lower wattage? I thought it was a 60 watt?

I was interested in it until I found out the tank was part of the mod and you cant wash it. That makes it a no go for me right off the bat. And it looks kind of like vaping from a liquor flask, I dont like that vaping directly from the mod look.

I let the thing sit in my car for a few nights and it leaked out about 3 mLs of juice from the air intake. The SS coils are ok. I wasn't able to enjoy temp control right away. Need to do some fiddling. I had only minor leak issues initially but I'm scared to let this thing sit with juice in it now. I have recently went over board on vape gear so I have not dedicated enough time to this thing yet. Aesthetically, imho, it is the bees nees. I too hate the non removable, plastic tank but for the price on pre order, even now, I pulled the trigger. I was partial to the blue. I've got the red 200w on the way. What can I say besides I'm a Kanger fanboy.
Question: anyone tried the new pre built Clapton coil heads? Got some on the way, just wondering.

I saw my first one in the flesh-- aaahhh-- metal yesterday. It was smaller and heavier than I thought it would be. I didn't care for the made-in tank. And I am not interested in factory coils, but it has an RBA deck so it might come in handy as a beater mod to carry around in the pocket for fishing trips and the like.

the only reason I have a subox mini rather than a NEbox, is because of all the negative reviews on the NEbox's temp control works... Just tooo many reviewers touting that it's TC kicks down your wattage, does this, does that.. No thanks. If they fix the TC issues, if they fix the wattage kickdown, if they make the tank removable, if they make the tank glass, if they make the body aluminum, if they make the mod hit 75-100w, if they change the battery door, if they fix the leaking issues, then I'll probably grab one eventually, as it is probably my favorite design for a mod that i've seen as of yet! but, it screams "version 1 beta, to test on round-1 consumers, make adjustments, and re-release as version 2 Nebox Plus" and I'm frankly TIRED of Smok/Kanger/Etc DOING THAT! I'm TIRED of buying sub-par version 1 devices only to find-out that 6 months later, a new version hits the market with everything we WISHED the 1st version had. I'll WAIT for V2, thanks.

HOWEVER, with that said- You should NOT be disappointed w/ your purchase. It's obviously an awesome mod, all together. I want one... I just won't buy one until the price drops, or until a V2 arrives. My guess is a V2 will arrive, eventually, and the V1 price will come down. Maybe I'll grab the V1 at that point. I don't NEED the changes I listed above... But I don't want to spend 50+ bucks on a V1 Kanger beta. :p NEVER AGAIN!

congrats on ur purchase of a very cool mod.

I have been getting the Nebox for around 40$ each from the trade forums. I bought two red ones for my GF and I have a blue, white and a black one.

Yes... they do seem to leak after sitting for a few days.

I use the longer SS drip tip from an original full sized subtank because with my gorilla hands the short stock tip seems too little.

The air flow is great, better than the subtank mini. The size and weight is nice. The flavor for me on the included temp control coil has been on point and I have had the coil running for over a month.

It is not my go to device... I have way too many and prefer more battery life... BUT!!!

It is my goto device to buy cheap and gift to someone trying to quit smoking and a really simple solution for a new vaper.

I rank these 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars... 8.5 out of 10 stars.

It does have a few problems.... thanks everybody for your posts.... But despite that, it feels kinda like a cell phone, and I don't even have a cellphone.... Better than a cell phone.... It's like, if they had firmware updates, this thing would be the best of all vape gears.... IDK what it is about mine, but it really works like a pro. It just works better than my other subtanks. After all, it is my go to device for a reason. I don't vape anything else but this. When I figure out why, I'm sure I'll post some more. We need more fans of the NEBOX, fudge on the few little issues it has.... I haven't had any problem cleaning it. Works like a charm for me. And you can't beat the temp. control.

So I have had the NEBOX for about a week. I have used it exclusively for that time. I am using the RBA head for it and experienced no leaks so far. I am not really a fan of TC and I have not used on this tank so I cannot speak to that.

This tank does have it's compromises. The plastic Tank. My ADV is a borderline tank cracker. It has a hint of cinnamon in it. I have had good luck with other plastic tanks I have ran it in, and so far so good, but we shall see. I am a little bummed that I cannot run my other citrus and cinnamon flavors in it, but that is what other mods are for :D

I found a Efest 3100mah 20A battery and with a .22 coil at 20 watts I am seeing 24 hours of use on it, which doesn't quite empty the tank but it is enough battery life that this has been working for me for a daily driver. Anything less and this mod would have ended up on the shelf as the batter door is impossible to use. On board charging is good about 3 to 4 hours from empty to full charge.

Cleaning has not been an issue so far (note I have only done it once). As long as you are careful, turn the water on slow and make sure you dump it out way from the electronics in the mod, no problem. I did see that Kanger made a silicon sleeve to cover up the rest of the mod. It would have been nice if they would have included it with the mod though. I have not picked it up but i may.

The Vapor produced is just like the sub tank mini (at least with the RBA head) and IMO those are once of the best tanks out there.

Time will tell, but so far this has replaced my MVP 3/Subtank Mini as my daily driver with that setup riding in the bag as a backup.

It is a 60 watt mod... not that small in comparison to some but smaller than others. definitely a higher wattage than a 10 watt eleaf

there is a solution to the leaking. take an o ring of a platic drip tip (cheap one is like $2 at my local shop) that o ring fits over the inside center tube. that creates a pressure seal much better than the oring inside the top of the coil head

Is there any perfect solution for the leak issue ???
Its happening while using SSOCC os RBS ???

Mine leaks with everything if left upright. But I just leave it on its side, and it's all good :)

Mine leaks if left upright as well. Also noticed it will leak if the juice level gets lower than the bridge where the coil enters the air chamber.

This is my first and only device right now, and would like to see an improved v2.
