I pulled out one of these to use, and I believe its in regulated mode, but not positive. Manual says to shut device off and long press the button to change modes. When I shut the device off and press the button nothing happens. Clear light for unregulated, and orange light for regulated mode, but it doesn't light up. I must be missing something.
