Just to confirm if I did get that one I wouldn't need a charger right? And what specific battery would I need for it? mAh / V etc.

You can charge if from there but personally I would still get a charger, it's just a better option and I'd say, a little safer..and the i2 is pretty cheap. Also when money is a little better you can charge two at once and have a spare for when your out all day.. I've heard a few dodge stories about the kbox onboard charging port to be honest..
Great battery is the Sony VTC5 18650 2600MAH 30A, they are really good and that's what Id get, you can get the Samsung 25r which are cheaper but again, I'd spend the extra from the get go..

If you got that, you wouldnt NEED a charger, but it would be highly recommended. Personally, I don't like trusting the onboard chip to do the charging, but that is just me. For a 50w mod, you would only need 20a CDR batteries. They will be 18650 size, 3.7 volt, and the MAH rating will vary depending what you get. I seem to be having great luck with my LG HE2 batteries. I just got some HE4s in, but have only been able to run them through one charge so far, but they worked great.

If you want to be sure you are getting authentic batteries, illumn or orbtronic are great places.

If you want to get them off amazon because you have amazon prime or something, the only seller I can recommend is "Health Store and More" since I have gotten multiple batteries(4 HE2 batteries which have been superb, and then 4 HE4 batteries that I haven't gotten to use much, one of which had a tiny ding on it, so I contacted amazon and they are sending 4 more out for free) from them and they have all been authentic.

For reference, here are the battery capacities I have:

Sony VTC4: 2100mah
LG HE2: 2400mah
LG HE4: 2500mah

They are all 18650 size, and all good for 20 amp use(the subox kit can only hit 50w, which would be around 16 amps at full power)

Another quick question for you guys. Lipo safe bags for charging and storing? Necessary? If so, can you buy a bag small enough for just two 18650 batteries. The bags they sell commonly appear to me pretty big, i understand why because you have to charge inside them. I need a safe way to transport one or two batteries in my pocket. Any ideas?

I don't use a lipo bag, even though I have one for my RC car. I use a 50 cal ammo can that I just toss the charger in with the batteries and lower the lid(not sealed shut). If anything vents, it will be able to release the pressure out the top. A lipo bag wouldnt hurt if you don't have something else to use, though. If you get one, you may as well get a full sized one. You are going to have to fit the charger in there, too, not just the batteries.

As for something to carry them in, just get a pack of battery cases. I got 4 waterproof ones off amazon for 8 bucks. They aren't perfect sized, but they work well enough.

Amazon.com: Case Star ® 4 Pieces Clear Plastic Waterproof Battery Storage Case Holder Organizer for 18650 Batteries / 16340 Batteries / CR123A batteries with Case Star Velvet Bag: Home Improvement
^battery cases I use

Amazon.com: Generic CoBean Silver Large Size Lipo Battery Guard Sleeve/Bag for Charge & Storage: Toys & Games
^the lipo bag I have. It really isn't as big as it looks. It is only 11.5"x9". If nothing else, I would rather get one too big as opposed to one too small.(that's what she said)

Hey guys. Got home from work tonight and it was sat waiting for me, I've been vaping all night. Works pretty well, did have one issue with it spitting juice, but I think that was a one off, hasn't done it since. It did suddenly start to taste and smell burnt, I'm at 30w so that wasn't the issue. Then I noticed it was getting low on juice. It that was caused it? I'm assuming so because when I filled it back up it wasn't an issue. Which leads me to a question... why are the holes in the atomizer so high up? There can be a decent amount of juice left in there but it still doesn't appear to get in there. Not a massive deal just thought it was odd.
