For me (personally)...once I found the nicotine level that gave me the same level of enjoyment that I had arrived at (50 years)
with my smoking...I've
never even considered lowering my ejoose nicotine level.
I have a (somewhat) strong family history of Alzheimer's.
Nicotine is the only substance studied (so far) to be shown to actually prevent/delay the onset of Alzheimer's/senile dementia.
Just sayin'...
Study finds nicotine safe, helps in Alzheimer's, Parkinson's
gerry, SO glad you brought this up (and to light). Once again, I often feel like odd man/woman out. I see and read and hear of so many people who seem to STRIVE to lower their nic, and seem to think that there's a badge in store for going zero.
I personally think nic is an awesome little drug, fairly innocuous, and one I very much wish to continue. I have no desire to keep lowering it, or to eventually get off nic entirely.
Especially in light of all the evidence that it can be so beneficial to us. In addition to the evidence so far, that indicates it may offset Alzheimer's disease, there is also substantial science on its effect against Parkinson's.
Nicotine and Parkinson’s disease; implications for therapy
I believe there are other studies (that I don't have handy right now) that are indicative of its benefit for even more of the unwanted and treacherous dis-eases.
I know I won't win any popularity contests for saying this, but again, thank you for mentioning it. Food for thought.

well todays
VAPEMAIL showed up
got the
AMOR and
Centurion (and a ink pen)
been vapin on the AMOR about an hour
& ½ - no thrills here, just as expected it works great and after I have it " in hand "
the frosted kinda bugs me
(it's not pretty) maybe it makes me think of a plastic tank that has been attacked by
tank-cracker juice...
but it does work very well - mine is TIGHT, machined close ?
I slammed one on the tile floor while washing them, survived like a champ

I didn't order the Amor because I didn't care for the frosted glass.
I spent a bit of time in decision mode last nite and today..... thinking about the little Amor tanks. I hesitated, and tonite I think that was a good decision on my part. I've used (and still do use one) acrylic frosted tanks. They BUG me. So why I even considered the 20 bucks on a couple of the Amor's sort of surprises me.
In the end, I opted for no. I don't care for the look, the feel, or the inevitable yucky condensation that's uber visible. I appreciate your input, and yours too,
@FranC.
Good idea. I'm trying to get tanks that either use CLR coils or PT coils. That's what I've decided on as my faves
This week.
