JustWondering1, you're trying too hard
a CLR body, put SS wire inside it
316L is the most common SS wire used in atomizers, but some folks like 430. There is also 304, 316, 317, 317L...

Hey,puff, isn't the 430 supposed to be the better one for temp control?
Yes, but with different TCR settings. If your device doesn't have TCR adjustments, it's best to stick with what the device calls for (in most cases, 316L).Oh wow! All of which can be used in TC?

The TCR values for popular wires are as follows (note that thes values are what's used on Joyetech/Eleaf/Wismec devices... traditional notation would read more like 0.00138 for SS430)
Wire TCR Value
Stainless Steel 304 - 105
Stainless Steel 316 - 92
Stainless Steel 316L - 92
Stainless Steel 317L - 94
Stainless Steel 430 - 138
Titanium Grade 1 - 366
Titanium Grade 2 - 352
Nickle Ni200 - 600

OK,I have Version !.01
Mine were from TW and both had v1.01
AHA!!!!!! V. 1.01 (first trimester, no doubt)![]()
so did you get your Presa from TW...
if so that's weird all of ours came with v3.00 and you had v1.01...![]()
I'm finding the new 4.3 Presa upgrade simple to navigate. Will wonders never cease.
SS430 is preferred by many because of it's 0 Ni content (you did know SS was an alloy, right?). However, it's springy and brittle, so not the best for coils IMO.
