Been sitting all day at the terminal in Dallas. A woman from the office came outside to vape and we chatted a little. She has a tiny rainbow Joyetech AIO. She's just been vaping for a week and loves it. Said that bad part is that she won't vape it while it's charging even tho people say she can. Said she knows she needs a backup but waiting to see how things go before making the investment. So I hooked her up with an SS eGo ONE Mega batt and little blue 2.5ml eg one tank and a few CL coils. She's tickled to death with that mismatched rig. And now that poor little old sweetheart thinks I'm a nice guy! LOL!!:lol::lol:

HiYa @Jingles ! Thanks for asking - just been super busy lately and planning to put the house up for sale. Too much work for a couple of old people! Hope you're doing well!
And a big WAVE HELLO to everyone else! I am still on the same Ego One CLR coils -- going strong in multiple tanks with only a re-wicking! I still haven't had to re-wire a single one. It's REVOLUTIONARY!

Hi Nanny,

It's great to see you! Don't be a stranger!

Darn, i keep buying the Amor tanks from Totally Wicked for these CLR's. I'm gonna need a few more. Just like the ego ones, they are consistently a good vape.
I can't wait to catch up to ask. What are the differences between the Amor and the eGo tanks? Which is airier, etc?

I've got 3 in my cart awaiting advice.

DH, I'm really liking the Amor. Just like the Egg Roll, it's got complete air adjustment, so you can dial it down to minimal. There is one noticeable difference - the air adjustment on the Amor must be made OFF the mod. For whatever reason, once it's screws into your device, it just won't budge. A small trade off for a pretty kool tank, imo.

The Beloved lil Egg Roll stole my heart some 7 months ago, and I've not looked back. I run several now, and have rewicked a few of them a handful of times. (No new coils here either, and who knows, I may not ever bother!)

They are AMAZING!!

Sounds like I have some experimenting to do. Fun fun fun! Can't wait to try the new coils and when needed, to rewick and try my hand at replacing coils. No to find out if I like cotton or rayon...hmmm... time will tell.

Like taste in vLiquid... ;) I'd definitely give a go to both, and you may just find that you actually like both! I know I do, but I've got a definite leaning to the rayonatti due to laziness. It just seems to last forever.

I'm in agreement with the poor little old sweetheart lady!

I've finally made the full conversion to TC. 316L @.66-.71ohm 30w 420°. Still feel that it lacks something but that makes it no less a smooth pleasant Vape. Might as well go wit da flow.

The flow? Of TC? I'm a TP with no TC.

My Amors AF adjustment get's much easier with use, seems to need juice down in there to lube things up. I'm tempted to try soaking the base in PG before installing my next one before using.

ETA: its official what I really am. I hate writing this but yes, it was in backwards. Once again, I have no excuse. I'm sorry guys ☹️
2nd ETA: I have a lot on my mind today with the stolen cc info, so that's my defense!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes.

I too like the GS Air-m's. I have loads of heads for them and can't image re-wicking them as they are way too small for me. I figure when I can no longer rebuild and re-wick the CLR's and the ECR's and the subtank mini rba's that I can use them. But I don't anticipate having to do that for quite a while.

:)
I did the same thing. I bought loads of the ready-made coils that I currently use for my Airs. After a bunch of them are used up I recoil/rewick them and put thrm away for whenever.

But honestly if you can easily rebuild the CLRs you should be able to do the same for the Airs. They are close to the same size.

I can't believe how fast Vapeshop.com got my order shipped. I ordered a MegaV2 tank for my father in law at 1 p.m. today, plus CLRs and a couple of batteries. They have already shipped it! That's about 1.25 hours to go from order placed to order shipped!

really just about the same tank, different day :D:D
Amor is all glass, kinda harder to fill, but short and compact compared to the Mega tanks
I think it a great tank and just has enuff "diff" to make it cool...

well I honestly can't say about the 'air' between the Amor and eGo ONE tanks ?? I HAD TO LOOK / COMPARE
I don't care, think, pay much attention to air-flow ; mostly just leave all mine full open...

so the air-flow slot on the Amor is slightly smaller, and I'd say it has just a little bit LESS air flow than eGo ONE

another that surprises me is VapeNW - as far as they can be from me (in US) - and they have had my vapemail here in three days before

Something i learned .
Sometimes on a just opened clr from package the bottom ring seems stuck and cannot turn upwards by hand.
I ran into a difficult one recently and with long nose pliers could not budge that bottom ring at all.

Take the top ring off and with thumb and fore finger slightly squeeze it at the top all the while with other hand loosen the bottom ring moves easily.
Opened the other 4 in package and they were the same way could not move that bottom ring but now they are all fine doing what is mentioned.
Hope this helps others just in case.

Still vaping my pico-s tank with clr adapter leak free and it is so simple to fill by closing airflow
unscrewing top cap fill tank screw back top cap open air flow and vape.
Have 2 in rotation and soon to put away my ego mega tanks.
New inner cap silicone o-rings came today for it as spares.

I use needle-nose pliers to hold the JFR; with CLR cap off, I twist the coil body like a screw to move JFR UP (then back down)

I do this EVERYTIME I build a coil , so to set the 'height' of my coil in the coil body... ;)

nice to hear pico-s is, working as you wish...
