yes, a pretty cool tank - like an eGo ONE with a nice shirt on :D
compact, squared off with a frosted look gives it a touch of sophistication...
I've been using one on my ePetite for that classy 'up-town' look  (wooden drip tip)

bonus tip: if you grab the two metal ends on the tank itself, they will unscrew (releasing the glass)
I wonder how the Amor would look on a Jac....

Some thing went wrong in the finish process. May not had been cleaned properly. I would try steel wool - it comes in various grades of grit. Start with 000 or finer. Plug the air vents with tissue first.

A fresh green Scots-bite might take if off as well----

A 3m Green pad did take off the black paint. I didn't do the bottom base since it was solid black all around. that will no doubt wear off on its own at some point.

It actually looks pretty good now. Stainless all around the tank with a very thin copper line where the top bevel meets the sides and a black ring around the base. The copper ring is where the abrasive pad took off the chrome around the base of the top bezel where it meets the sides. Still has a faint Ego Mega one text on it too, must have been laser etched then painted white.

Anyway works for me. Will take a picture of it tomorrow and post it.

They go well together. Not my personal favorite, but a very good look (so does the Doggy). I have them both as tied for 2nd on the JAC (serving solely my own personal preferences).

I know this is the wrong thread, but what is #1?

Actually, it's the perfect thread.

Eggroll for the win, in this/my case. Kabuki very close for look, slightly behind for vape.

They're tall enough that it gives the JAC a perfect visual "balance" (for me). The fact that I love the vape sure doesn't hurt either. :thumb:

The evic mod I got from Healthcabin is great and works great with the new firmware from Joyetech. But I can't say that I am overly impressed with the quality control on the Mega One Tank. I had only used the mod and hadn't even taken the tank out of the packaging. I did take it out today as I decided to test it out. Well black paint came off all over my fingers and was like powder. one quarter to one half of the tank is now SS and the rest Black. Sorry picture is not the best, Anyone know how to get the rest of the black paint off without ruining it?

My ONLY (and I do mean ONLY) critic of the Eggies is the paint. It's horridly chippy and I do not like that at all. One of my black ones looks like FastTech's Splash tanks.

I'm glad you were able to reconstruct it and make it nearly stainless. I may try that with mine (soon).

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I tried rubbing alcohol and it didn't do anything, but I expected that. Maybe nail polish remover?

Anyone? I am kurious about the polish remover.

I wonder how the Amor would look on a Jac....

Balanced, fruity, and delish. ;)

Actually, I bet my TW CLLs would look pretty good too - except for maybe the old-school drip tip...

Yeah, it's comfortable although I wish it were delrin or better yet, teflon. It's a lip-gunk magnet.

Doesn't quite fit in with the Jac style though - which is all about straight, sleek lines. Not that I'm much of a fashionista, tho. (My wife would bust out laughing if she read that.)

I've been using the anything-but-stylish little ones from the Kayfun V3 Minis. Function-over-form works just as well as form-over-function (in some cases, at least). :toast:

I have some spares of those. They're comfy to me too, but they too are lip-gunk magnets. Heh.
