OK, so for those that have rebuilt the CLRs will I be able to get to 1.8ohm (or even 1.5) with 28ga kanthal, or am I going to need to get some 30ga? I'm assuming 2.5mm will work, just not sure if there is enough room for more than 6 wraps, as most of the guides that use 28 seem to go with 6 wraps.

u can get ten wraps in there easy with 28 gauge.
Thanks, good to know since that's the smallest I have (other than a bit of 36 someone sent to me for some unknown reason. What the heck do people even use that for, sewing?)

I use a Wiha T8 torx driver (fits perfect in the slots and is easy to hold while wrapping) to make my CLR coils. 9 (compressed) wraps of 28g Kanthal = 1.8Ω. Fits just fine. :thumb: Vapes GREAT! :D

Today started with the decision that I needed a new mod. My 2 eleaf picos are showing their age (1 has a loose 510, the other won't connect for a firmware flash). I had been loading arctic fox on all my devices, so i was looking for something compatible. Discovered wismec's rx75 and was debating on getting the kit instead of just the mod. I searched for discussion of the Amor (?) tank's coil compatibility and ended up here. I had thought that maybe it would take a clr coil, but that no longer matters because I bought a K1 instead.
All the tanks i own that take the clr coils are still on their way from China, and i have yet to order the heads for them.
Every time i trip across this thread I go buy something.

That K1 Box is really nice. So even if you buy something every time you come across this thread. You got a great mod there

Ah... I keep coming back to this listing and wondering.... why RANDOM for the color choice? Has anyone ordered one of these and what did you get? o_O

I dislike RANDOM for a choice... I tend to think all they have left are the unpopular colors... like gold or just plain black.
I suspect you're right that they're trying to finish off their most unpopular colors. Here is the same deal, and you get to select the color:

@pufZeppelin, I know you have several Tron T tanks and you like them. Just wondering, how do you monitor the juice level in those things?

:) tip it sideways, aim it towards a lite source and peer in...
    sometimes it needs a flashlite...

it is diff, but I don't think about it very much and if I can't see I just top it off... :D

    yepper , it was my MAIN "get" -- the others were "just cause they were there..." :D (2.5ml x 19mm) & (1.5ml x 16mm)

never ever looked (or noticed) the Tron "S" tanks // are there any of those ?

cool thing about the Tron ' T ' don't forget, is they come apart :w00t: (very cool!)

I did order the random color a few months back.
Couldn't make up my mind anyway, and the random choice was 1$ cheaper.
    I received the cyan.
What can I say I'm cheap!

I was looking at that evict w/tron - s. They show show the s as having that same viewing ring on top in addition to the v shaped Windows. Made me wonder if it might also come apart????
