NICE! Not that you need it in THAT device (no?). I've got a 1.7 in one that's now fit for Provi (v2.x) duty! :D
You know me and how fickle I can be swapping tanks and PV's on a whim ;) I like thin wire and I cannot lie:banana::rickroll:

tried like 5 times to post this this morn but it wasn't letting me...

Haven't seen any shipping movement on the Eggrolls, BUT, the K1 arrived today :w00t: It's a heavy debbil, but I LIKE it! Very glad I bit on that deal :) Showed up two days earlier than I expected - PLUS

My take on the Ego Mega tanks v2 that I received. I like the large window in them for juice level. Prefer the Drip tip on the V1 and the Air flow control on the V1. May have to use the bases from V1 and drip tips from V1. The V2 drip tip seems to be a little larger and metal while the V1 tip is some kind of plastic I think.

Oh well maybe V3 will come along and be the best of both the previous versions.

One of the 3 V2s I received won't register on any mod no matter what coil I stick in it. Presume it has something to do with the pin. Will mess with to fix when I get around to it.

Make sure the coil is as hand tight as you can get it. I remember when I first started with them, I thought I had the coils in really good and tight only to find out they had more to go...lol.....now that is the first thing I test. Since then I haven't had any problems with connections via the tanks.

Yea. Not a big fan of Chinese Orings. I've found myself changing them right out of the box these days with some US made rings (assuming I have the right sizes) and I've not regretted it yet.

Where do you get your o-rings?
Yup, only Eleaf that ever disappointed me was the GS Air. But can't really blame the tank for the fact that I just kept bustin the darn things. Which I presume explains somewhat, my preference for the "Ironclads" (V1s).;)
Funny how we're all different. GS Air-M tanks are my favorites. Been using them exclusively since I switched from the Logics that got me off cigs almost three years ago. LOVE them!

Don't get me wrong…I also like the Amor and Ego, and have a few in my stash!

I'll just leave this here...

You're brave to leave it like this. I might just have to take it home with me…but…but…it just followed me home ;)

Heh. With the CLR uncapped, I use an edge of a pair of tweezers - inserted into the wick slots just above the coil - as a lever to tighten the CLR into the base. I sometimes have to resort to the tweezers to get the CLR out too.

I liked my GS-Air MS tanks a lot too, but the threads on the 510 connections were so soft that I just recently threw them in the trash. They eventually wouldn't even screw into any of my mods. :nah:

How long did you use each one?

They can be deceiving little suckers. Give it a good TWIST (like Chubby Checker would...).

Dunno - maybe a few months exclusively? The first one gave out when the threads were so worn that the MS would back out by itself if I tightened it into the mod. That was quite some time ago.

A couple of weeks ago, I thought I'd give the second to an acquaintance who I've been helping to switch to vaping so I tested it out and found that it was wobbly and not making consistent contact with my mods. Threw both of them out.

Still have a GS-Tank and several boxes of 1.5 ohm coils that I'll probably never use up. I'll lend that one to him to see if it works for him, but I want to keep it in my stash. I find the Tank seeps a little tho. Nothing major, but just a little when it sits overnight - usually when it is less than 1/2 full.

Jeez!! You sure did have some problems. I'm glad mine aren't misbehaving like yours.

The K1 arrived today. I was surprised by its weight. The buttons seem jiggly, but maybe it's only noticeable because of the solidness of the rest of the mod.
How about that gold dot on the bottom? Maybe a contact for a drop in charger?

PBusardo did a review and had it apart. Looks like the gold dot is a ground lug for the board.

So I really like the way the Amor looks, and have been trying it out compared to the Mega V2 today, same juice, same drip tip, same CLR coils, and, well, my taste buds are sort of fatigued and tired of this game ... but it seems not as flavorful as the Mega, which is disappointing. I was considering getting a couple "a more amor," but I think I'll hold off a bit. Has anyone else tried the Amor, and do you have thoughts?

Thinking of him, I hope he's doing well...

Here's to Blokey. Long may he smile. :toast:

I'm the same, tazzle. I liked the Amor, but prefer the Mega 2 (II, too, tutu). I actually prefer them to everything, even the Trons, which I LOVE the look of. Just slight preference*, all, but the Original Eggrolls still rule my world.

We are vapers (translation: Subject to change at a moment's notice).

* I find that the highest end of the Eggies are slightly higher than all others (to ME, and to date).
