Silly question but why buy an Amor? Why not just get another 2ml v2 egoOne?
Hi Fran, naw not silly question .
The 2ml tanks do not last long enough but my wife currently uses them that i gave her.
Long story - lol
See Joyetech started out with that small window on there tank then after what i guess many complaints they started coming out with larger windows.
We bought then started buying the mega tanks for more capacity, i then started getting megav2 tanks as
personally i like them a lot and found a place that had them for 10.95 a few cents less with discount and have a nice stash of them.
But wanted a top fill tank as i used to be and still once in a while a genesis user with a MMvapors DID so easy to fill.
I then saw a Italian fella Pedro making tank that was topfill called the Genoa tank and it was made for
the Joyetech CLR coils and Cl coil heads. But its over 150.00 not including shipping .
Almost bought it figure i get 1 .
In searching the internet i saw the Wismec amor tank takes clr coils but saw that it was not a topfill
so i did not purchase it.
Then saw the wismec amor plus a topfill tank 3.8 ml capacity but it did not take clr coils so i figure by one try it if i like it i can buy a stash of coil heads a few more of the same tanks .
Well i did not like it because it was to darn airy and saw that the bottom pin hole (huge) in the coil head was the reason and tried several things to make it to my likeing, upon doing this i had a clr coiil head on my desk with the other things i was trying and said if i could get that clr pin to fit inside the wismec coil head it may work after all i enjoy the airflow and taste of the vape useing the clr coil.
So i just took the pin and its silicone insulator and stuck it into the bottom insulator of the wismec head
and it fit very well no slop !
But the very bottom portion of clr pin where it contacts the base is
shaped different and was not sure it would fire along with an extra insulator would it work properly?
It worked and worked just like i was vaping with the clr coil i was thrilled.
But would it continue to work properly and now after going through enough full tanks fulls it still the same.
So now i have 2 different types of tanks one bottom fill one topfill along with 2 different types of coil heads.
A lifetime supply of each along with lifetime supply of everything else and very happy.
Glad i started DIY years back when the scubabatdan experimented with his genny tank and bought one that taught me a lot about genesis tanks and how to make a ss coil and what it involves.
In the end the 4 wismec amor plus tanks a stash of coil heads cost less than that Genoa tank
just buy it self.
