I think I'm still in shock as to how good these tanks and coils are!
They're like my old Protanks on steroids. I don't know it if the CL coils are any good, haven't tried them yet.
I think I'll stick with the CLR coils, they are a slice of fried gold!

no, not really - CL coils are Vertical no cap non rebuild able
they work OK, but very unsensational - IMO

I have them sitting all over because when I get tanks they're inside
so I just stack em up for a rainy day...

bought some in the beginning so I 'would know' (all of them)
but didn't take long to settle in with the CLR/gold pin

Well, Hello Puf and EO folks! After a friend of mine nudged me a little (won't post his name
nudge.gif
) on trying these, it was a total game changer for me. Just 2 days in and I'm loving these!! I have the EO mega with CLR's (1 ohm) and as you and Cheech mentioned, It took about 5 minutes for me and the cotton was in the garbage. Had to throw in Rayon. I would also like to get on the 'no snitch' list now that I am a full fledged traitor.

hi mav, :toast:

yepper, looks like JT is tweakin' ye ole` eGo ONE tank some...

I'm not a big fan of 'exposed' glass - one of the reasons I like the original so much...

but that looks like what the biggest change is...

also they reworked the "air flow" inlet - probably makes it easier to produce... o_O

at least they didn't HIDE afc like TRON - I didn't like that (why was there never any TRON-T, only -S around)

I'll probably get ONE, to see if it does anything better than the original...

crazy JT site is confused (apparently) about the dimensions... :w00t:

Hopefully, the older style Ego One Megas will go on sale somewhere now they have new tank out. I hope.
I have two tanks and two 1.0 ohm coils I have been using steadily since last Friday. Just rewick in a jiffy
and continue vaping. Do I have to rewick? No, just like a fresh wick daily...who doesn't? :)

Tried one Ti TC coil, nice, but not my cup of tea. Also switched the bottom pin from the TC coil to the 1 ohm coil
and it was too airy for my TP ways.

Today I finally tried recoiling a 1.0 ohm CLR coil with 28 gauge Kanthal and a 5/64 drill bit. Six wraps came to to 1.1 ohms.
Stuffed rayon in and vaped as well as the stock CLR coils.

Owned a lot of RTA's, RBA's and clearos, this is the easiest coil to rewick and/or recoil with the best vapor and flavor I've ever owned.
My only regret is I sat on the sidelines and studied and watched these coils too long.
My poor GS Airs are sitting on the second line, neglected and sad.

A certain nameless cheeky monkey twisted my (most willing) arm into trying the Ego1Mega VT. VT? Not Viper Tooth, not venereal trouble, must stand for something,
but, I digress. This formerly loyal GS-Air, GS-Tank, and especially GS-Air M fan has fond memories of those little dudes, which will soon be relegated to the spares bin.

The cl coil began as a so-so experience, but has improved with age. It's now two days old. Not great, but agreeable.

The CLR 1.0 ohm gives a superior vape.

Thanks to the nameless cheeky monkey, vape enjoyment has gone up a couple of notches.

the tanks labeled as VT (variable tempature) have INCLUDED TC coils (Ni & Ti)

I find 28g wire to thick and takes to much power, to slow and makes to much heat - FOR ME
(I use 29, 30, 31g)

CL coils being of vertical make up are less feisty and for me don't seem up to the task

the CLR horizontal even in stock form don't do to bad, but slip some new wick in and it wakes up a bit

3.0 and or 3.5mm I.D. wire allows for BIG wicks inside
I screw the 'juice flow ring' up about two turns as I rest my 3.5 mandral on it
when all is done I screw the juice ring back down tight and have nice alignment

this is a diagram of wick placement using the ring up method - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - >
allows the wick to sit "centered" in the eye of the juice inlet

we all know of this place to buy insulators , right ?

- Welcome to clonecores

rock-on :headbang:

eee-oooh-11 // digging our new theme song, baby . . .
think Sammy was the original Austin Powers - baby
