eGo ONE tank series – CLR coil

I don't bother to take mine off. I just make the legs a little longer, slide it in the coil body then stick a 3mm screwdriver through the holes to line up the coil.

Do you cut the wick off even with the sides and leave it, or do you stuff it back it a tad or does it matter?

I agree it is just about as simple to build 'thru' the top cap
(but also) once you get the cap loosen'd up it works pretty easy

I leave some wick pokin' out most of the time, plenty of room, why not ...

Currently I am trying to find an ego one 4.0ml from a vendor that doesn't use Bluecheck for age verifaction.

VapeShop uses Bluecheck...but I just ordered a couple eGo ONE Mega V2 tanks ($10.95) from them with NO last 4 SSN required (which Bluecheck supposedly requires...but does not store)...

[Don't know if it mattered...but I was a previous VapeShop customer...and Signed IN first.]

[Or...maybe VapeShop now uses Veratad...which is pretty "invisible".]

I had the same experience earlier this week with Sweet-Vapes, where I have an account and have ordered several times. Have no real idea why I didn't get asked for last-four digits. They say they are using Blue Check.

I wonder if ordering nicotine juice would be different.

Sweet-Vapes has the 4ML version 2 tanks for $14.95. The v2 is the one with more glass. Very pretty, and it performs exactly like the original version. Right now they only have black, red and stainless.

They also have the 2ml version for $12.95 in all colors except stainless.

Unfortunately, they are out of stock on the 1.0 CLR right now and only have the .5. They told one of our members earlier this week they are working on getting more of the 1.0 in stock. You might search some of your usual vendors for them. They are available but not everywhere.

Have any of you folks tried rebuilding with the .5Ω CLR? Is it the same as the 1.0?

In my post above, I just noticed for the clr heads listed on ebay, they are listed as 1to 1 clones, I edited post to remove link.

ALL the CLR coils are the same

ONLY difference being:
•wire metals (Ni-Ti-Kanthal)
•o-ring colors (blue-red-black)
•center (+) pin (3.5mm-1.8mm-silver-gold)

if you stripped each coil down completely and threw in a pile
you would see no difference...
(I have a bottle with all parts in I just grab when needed)

if so, just buy ANY 'CLR' coil you find (cheapest) and simply rebuild
