Hmmm.... today I'm not too happy with Heaven Gifts!
I ordered some spare parts for another tank (FT didn't have them), paid for my order and waited patiently for them to ship. Then the next day I get an email saying that they made a mistake and I'll need to pay more shipping or they would cancel the order (and refund my money the same way I paid, via Paypal). So I told them to go ahead and cancel and they emailed back and said they would refund me. So I check my Paypal account this morning and ...... ??? The refund is pending for 7 days.
I paid with COLD HARD CASH, in my PP account, not with a credit card or e-check. Not likely to order from them again. This was my first time and I'm not a happy camper.

Well, I've been running a couple black ones now for a few weeks, maybe not long enough to tell, but so far so good. Of course these sit on my desk, so they don't get banged around.
I have a black one too, it's new but certainly hasn't chipped/didn't chip on the first few uses as someone mentioned. But I think that was in reference to a different color
Perhaps it's an issue just with blue, orange and red?

are the clr coils literally ready to use out of the box? No wick cutting or anything required? Reason I ask is, maybe a pack would be worth buying to actually get some use out of my ego one tank.. the original cl coils were just awful IMO (taste, dry hits, gurgles.. basically they were wrong in every way for me). But i hear the CLR solve the issues. Since i'm not a rebuilder, and since the CLR coils are the same price, IF they are ready to go, as in, just remove from packet, screw in base, prime and vape, then it would be worth my while trying a pack i'd say.
