The tip is very comfortable, but like all SS tips it tends to collect lip gunk. <shrug>

I still use a CLL daily on a red and black Volcano DNA75 Lavabox Mini. Also have one on the side - with the plastic wrap still on the box. Still think they’ll outlast any other CLR tank. The window slit is a downside, but on the other hand the glass is well protected. :)

The 510 threads on the CLL are so fine that I sometimes have a hard time catching the threads on the Lavabox. Smooth as silk with very little wobble once the threads catch, though. The connector is true stainless steel, unlike the coated brass on some other tanks.

Think you’ll appreciate the build quality - even if you don’t like the window.

Thought you could only buy one at the sale price though?

Just came back to revisit thread here and saw that tank but at 37.49 they can keep it. Would pay full price if it was a top fill .
Yeah i know no big deal to unscrew bottom and fill but its a preference to have a top fill that accepts clr coilheads.

Too bad that darn Innokin Zenith does not come with coilhead that's rebuildable similar to a CLR being top fill would have bought some. Not going to buy proprietary coilheads only to have them non existent down the road.
In mean time happily vaping with mega tanks and clr coilheads and also using top fill Innokin Ares tanks which work excellent only downside is that it is a drinker of e-liquid.

Will just have to wait until they come down to $2...like the CLR using TRON-S was at Heaven Gifts...:headbang:

..
This one is too well built to come down to $2 - IMO.

Maybe $10? Dunno what I’d do with ‘em, but I’d probably be Jumpin’ In for a couple at that price. :)

Yeah, just one per person. A quick phone call, when I saw the post, solved that easily though. I graciously let her order first, in case they ran out.

Of course, I'd have begged and pleaded for it if that had happened. ;-)

Two more of the original Ego Mega tanks ordered (as a starter kit but it was not expensive and only the only way I've found it.) I won one of the originals during the "women's day contest" and it holds up (for me) so much better than the V2 and reading coils, I like the design better, I think it vapes better. Most important I have not had a coil reading error one time.

That is one win I am truly glad about. LOL.

I have a question..... I mainly use my nectar rdta, but I bought a few egg rolls last month, since the coil is rebuildable and reminds me of my old kanger protanks. Anyway with the nectar, the coil is on top and juice is on the bottom in the tank. I build a coil today to use the egg roll and after vaping for a little bit, it seems very muted.
Is this normal for a bottom coil atty?

I don't think it's normal, no. I find those coils very flavorful and I do have some RTAs so even in comparison I don't find the flavor muted. Different type of vape production perhaps, but not muted.

Which one are you using, the 1.0 coils? How long have you used it, period? The taste is going to drop away as the wicking gets worn away or whatever it does. When I rewick I use rayon and a little more wicking, generally, those wicks perform great and have more longevity than the original coil, IMO. You might take a look at your wick as depending on which tank you have it in, it may actually get almost "rubbed" away, if the coil is a tight fit. If it's the ego mega V1, I would expect that there would be enough space.

It’s 1.8 mil I think V1? Doesn’t say on the box. I built my coil to a 1.5, maybe I had the wick a little short, IDK? I only use cotton. I’ll play with it tomorrow when I have time, I just really didn’t care for the flavor.
Thank you Anna:)
