I don't have alot of money to spend, But bought a smoke51 and of course after 2 weeks I want something better. I have been on cignot and like what I have heard and there prices. Will I be happy with the Ego for awhile or should I save up and get a mod and which one? I like my flavors strong with good TH and have been adding some cinnimin to menthol. I have been having problems with my carts and addys wicking, So I have been doing alot of dripping and like that just not convenient when driving or at work. I wan't something that will give me a good combo of portability on the go and great taste and TH. I have seen alot of battery info and am not sure which way to go there either, I am going through 3-4 batts a day with the 51. Any and all help would be appriciated!

I have both the eGo AND a mod (see my sig) - I keep the mod for home use and the eGo for going out (its a lot smaller and more discreet). I too bought my eGo kit at cignot cos I love them and they let you choose 2 dfferent colors in hte one kit :) I got black and platinum - love both lol.
I drip with both btw - cos I hate carts and cartos gave me more TH than I could deal with.

Welcome to NotCigs for The Buzz
It about the same size as 3 x AA batteries in height and about the same width as a 5 cent coin. Its a tube shape btw.
The eGo is about the same size as ONE AA battery, a little bigger once the atty is attached and its roughly the same diameter as an AA battery too.
I cant really comment on how long the batteries all last as I tend to burn through mine due to heavy use lol

If you're familiar with cigars, the eGo is almost exactly the size of a petit corona. Much smaller then you would think. I'm a fairly heavy vaper and mine would last roughly 10 hours before having to change batteries.

I now use a Fist Pack everywhere and have loaned out my eGo batteries as I've moved on to higher voltage.

If you are short on cash - I would go with ego set from cignot - 2 batteries(and as CaptJay said you can choose different colors - 2 atomizers, a charger - etc for $69 (i'm sorry - the first time I posted - I did a quick lockup at the cignot site and accidentally looked at the wrong price - this is the correct price)- with free shipping - an ego battery should last 5-6 times as long as a smoke51 battery.

I have read that a smoke51 is an rn4081 battery. If so and you want to use your smoke51 atomizers you can buy a small 501 battery (the ego has the same battery thread as a 501) to rn4081 atomizer adapter (like the one here The Better Way To Smoke - Adaptor, 510 Battery to RN4081 Atomizer for 3.49) and you can thus use your autos and cartomizers with the ego. My first ecig was an njoy which also has a rn4081 battery and still use my njoy atomizers on my ego using it.

How long do the ego batts last? How big is the buzz for a portible out and about I've seen the name on here alot but haven't looked at it yet. What is the site for the buzz?

I'd go with an eGo or clone (be careful which... some clones have crappy included atties which make a real eGo make $$ sense).

I get between 5 and 6 hours per batt, heavily vaping, and have 3 batts which rotate. It's my primary piece of equipment for vaping.

A mod might be good too. But you probably want to start in the 3.3 to 3.7 volt range and then consider something later if you need/want to. From my perspective I don't seem to enjoy high voltage mods, or low resistance atomizers.

It's all personal taste anyway. But at some point you have to have a *first* taste :)

X1 for the LS vv. I've been using an eGo for a little over a month now. Got the Mega eGo battery, Mega cartos and really like it.

A week ago I ordered the Lil Sis (they take up to 14 days to get) and now I'm anticipating vaping at higher voltages. The eGo is like a 510. It's 3.7v. The LS goes up to a little over 6 volts. It cost me $86.98 for the LS, 2 batteries and the charger. That's not much more than the stainless eGo I got over a month ago. Just takes longer to get, and it's built in the USA!

If I knew then what I know now...

Little Sister. Size of a bic lighter. Variable Voltage. Dial it up for more throat hit, dial it down for less. $65 + Batteries. Don't know how long it lasts but as an extremely heavy vaporer I'm at hour 3 on a single charge.

I'm telling ya, if I knew half of what I know now....gah lol. LS is WELL worth the wait, I'm loving it, if I want a strong hit turn it up want a little hit turn it down. All with my thumb in under a second. Amazing little device!

Oooo...also, get 4 batteries since it runs on two at a time, always have a pair charging, be silly not to!

At that price it's worth to buy another battery for under $20.

No matter how big the battery is, you need another to use while it charges.

Yup, @$50 for a dual hello carto kit. What a steal. I paid more for my eGo w/ shipping considered. Also, you can get hello attys for $5 here
