I have used the mega cartomizers also, and liked the way they performed, except I seem to notice a weird chemical taste with them. Did you notice that?

I haven't noticed any weird taste at all but I am pretty new at this. 
For me I just find them really easy to use. I just added one to my rotation so I fill them up, put them in my case and I am ready to go anywhere because they last so long. You might want to ask the vets here about it though.

Maybe I just got a bad batch or something. Although I prefer dripping about 90% of the time, cartomizers are good for driving, etc.

Im about to order the american blend. I know that the throat hit is dependant on the liquid, should i go with med/high american blend or extra hi american blend? I know the extra hi would probably produce more vapor, but "extra" hi sounds like it could be too intense maybe? what do you use radicaljd?

I was a pack a day smoker and I started out with 24mg on the juice. It has been working great for me at 80%PG/ 20%VG mix. Really good TH and nice amounts of vapor. YMMV, but you can kind of get the idea.

I use the 24mg American Blend. Plenty of throat hit, for me. The nicotine content has no effect on vapor, and only some effect on throat hit. You should order nicotine content based on what level of nicotine will provide you with adequate satisfaction--- probably a function of how much you smoked before. If nicotine content is too high, and you vape a lot of it, you might experience headaches and/or dizziness.

I'd agree with the poster that says to email cignot and have them include ejuice in the same order. A rookie mistake is to order hardware from one place and ejuice from another on a first order. The hardware comes, you vape up the prefilled carts and are waiting for the ejuice to arrive.... Vicky will combine your orders IF she hasn't shipped already. cignot ships fast.
As far as what strength to get - get a low and high - like a 12mg and a 24mg. If what you have is too low, then you'll be in pacifier mode trying to get enough nic. (or go back to cigs) and if it's too high, you'll have to dilute it (or go back to cigs). And when you dilute you lose flavor as well. Getting at least on of each at 15 or 20ml size then you can combine them if needed. Also suggest, if you still have an order to put in, to get some 'ecopure' "regular" at a low to medium nic level - this is VG and can really pump up the vapor production. Add a few drops when you top off the cart.
Another consideration would be to add (if you can afford it) a mega eGo atomizer and cart (you need both) and don't get the prefilled carts in the mega carts.

These can last up to 4 or 5 hours without a refill. ymmv. And whatever you get, top off or refill on the first sign of loss of flavor - that way you never risk burning out an atty - dry attys die. The regular cart holds about .9ml of ejuice and the megas hold 2.5mls.

kent c- i actually ordered the product from the nicotine nirvana site. I got the email already saying it has been shipped so i guess too late to get the liquid included with the order. But the american Blend i was looking at getting is right on the same site, going for around 18 bucks

and kent- for what your saying about the mega atom and mega cart, im definately going to considering giving those a try. Im going to try out the product as it comes and see what its all about before i sink more money into this. But my next order I'll definately be looking to avoid anything prefilled

Ok. I missed that transition from cignot to NN. Both good vendors in my experience. You're good to go and correct in trying out what you have before adding anything else. Get used to the eGo and then if and when the time comes, keep the mega eGo atty/cart in mind. There is also a mega eGo cartomizer - but - it is more difficult to fill and holds the same amount of ejuice as the atty/cart combo - 2.5ml so there's no advantage of using the cartomizer, imo. The atty/cart combo costs more but in the long run I'm using them over the mega eGo cartos.
Remember, regardless of whether or not you get the liquid in the same order, NicotineNirvana has free shipping, so you won't pay any more for shipping in any case.

I love my eGo and just ordered the mega atty and carts (cylindrical) from Cignot today and cant wait to get them, so i dont have to keep refilling as much when i am chain vaping.
i still dont understand cartomizers....but i just havent studied them enough. im happy with atty and cart, just want to decrease refill times

You have to watch the terminology here. Cignot sells a 510 'mega atty'. And also the mega eGo atty (what they call the 'cylinder') and also the 'cone/atty' for the eGo which is also a mega atty (holds 1.5ml).
None of them are LR. they meter the same as a regular 510 atty.

You can drip of course but it defeats the whole purpose of the 'mega' idea - which is to have a larger cartridge. You're really better dripping with a regular 510 atomizer. Less costly and you can use drip tips on it unlike the mega eGo or cone/attys.

I've ordered from both Cignot and NN and can vouch for their prompt and courteous service. I got my eGo from NN and later upgraded to the mega atty/cart combo on both my units and absolutely love it. Dripping is a once-a-day to once-every-other-day routine now, instead of multiple times a day. NN also hooked me on their American Blend juice, if you like tobacco with a hint of cotton candy, this is the hot ticket!
