Ego Question

Silly question. I had decided to upgrade from my Volt set up, and ordered two 900 mah ego twists and a couple of T2's. While waiting for them to arrive, I had traveled to a meeting in Richmond, VA, which happened to have a vape storefront shop, and picked up an ego-T 1000 mah pass through while there. I was impatient waiting

Using the same tanks, the twists seem to have a much airier draw than the T, which has a nice, tight draw. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the drawer would be different.

Is this typical, or is there something wrong with one or the other of my device?

I have to say, with just one week of using all three, I am finding the non VV ego to feel sturdier (I carry in my pocket, both twists have gotten a little lose where the silver joins the black), the draw works much better for me, and I am finding that I am setting the twists down around 3.6-3.8 for the best results. Thinking of picking up a couple of smaller non twist ego's for transport.

Hi and welcome to ECF. Sometimes. in my experience, on diff PVs the battery post is lower thus creating a tighter draw. Lower batt post= tighter draw IMO.

Watched a review on another competing Mini VV PV and that was a complaint of the reviewer in regards to the Twist.

I've had 2 different batteries come apart at the joint you describe. You can put it back together as long as one of the wires inside don't pop off the chip board. Once the wires come off it's a matter of soldering, which I suck at. I now have 2 batteries worth of spare parts for use if I ever decide to practice my soldering skills.

Be careful when putting PVs in your pockets, this is what caused mine to come apart. Always be sure to take the atty, carto, or clearomizer off before dropping them into your pocket.

The airflow depends on that connection between the device and atomizer or cartomizer. I prefer the sturdiness of the ego passthru as well. When I was using egos I found myself carrying that all the time for the extra batt life and overall feel of it.
