From what I understand, charging a 510 battery on a 420 mAh output rated eGo/RiVa charger will damage the 510 battery, but what about charging a eGo/RiVa Battery on a 200 mAh output rated 510 charger? My thought is that it would be ok, but it will take longer to charge the RiVa battery on a 200 mAh rated charger. Anyone care to clarify? Thanks ahead of time!

A fast charger is best for the eGo/Tornado/Riva batteries (all the same). Liberty Flights has them at a decent price: Electronic Cigarette - Chargers - Joye eGo

You can purchase an adapter to charge any of these batteries on a regular 510 charger (it's an extension) such as this one offered by TW TORNADO-Battery-Mains Charger Adapter The Riva has a fat end, so you'd need this to use the Riva with a regular 510 charger.

Do keep in mind that it has been noted on the forum that a 510 charger won't give a good solid charge like the fast charger will (but I have no way to confirm this) and of course it will take much longer to charge which is a huge PIA.

You're right about never charging a regular 510 battery on an eGo/Tornado/Riva charger as it will damage your regular batteries or could cause them to discharge. Be sure to label any fast charger you buy so you don't forget and accidentally use it.

Happy vaping
