KGO Battery - Riva Charger compatibility

I've heard good things about the KGo and would like to try them but I don't want to buy a whole kit just yet. So, I was wondering if a KGo battery can be charged with a Riva charger. My Riva charger outputs 4.2V, 420 mAh. Is the polarity the same?

I haven't blown my batteries yet and I charge mine with an ego charger which is the same as the riva charger. I've been using mine for 2 months now.
