ego T batteries, Inerchangeable?

I just got the ego tank from cignot I'm lovin the batt. life out of the 1000 mah. can I use this batt for other devices. How and wich ones I thought it would work with my 510 carts but the threads are diff.?????? thanks

It should work with 510s. It uses the inner threads for the 510 connection.
