Hi All,

I'm new to the forum and i haven't posted 5 times yet. In fact this is my first post.

Anyways, this is my issue with the EGO T that i'm currently having.

  • The battery will not turn on for me (with the tank attached or not attached)
  • When plugged into the charger the charger has a green light
  • When I first plug the battery into the charger the LED will blink five times
  • I tried to hold down the LED for 7 seconds to change the battery mode, but nothing happens
  • I tried turning the battery on when attached to the charger and still nothing

I'm pretty lost here... Any help would be nice.

Thanks...

Hi and welcome to ECF.
The battery will not turn on for me (with the tank attached or not attached)
have you tried clicking it 3 or 5 times? Sometimes even 6 depending on the make.
When plugged into the charger the charger has a green light
Means the batt is fully charged.
When I first plug the battery into the charger the LED will blink five times
Normal.

1. Normally all eGo-T batteries come in the off position. Click five times to turn the unit on and off of course.
2. Once in the OFF position, press the power button and hold for about 5-6 seconds until the button led flashes three times: If it changes color to ORANGE you are in UNREGULATED mode which will provide you with voltage between 3.6v to 4.15 volts depending on your batteires remaining charge. If it changes color and flashes BLUE three times you have switched it to REGULATED mode, which is a constant classic 3.3v mode.
3. Once you have changed your modes, the unit is still off. You will then need to click the button five times to turn it back on. Remember, ORANGE fire button means you are in Unregulated mode, while BLUE means you are in the constant eGo mode of 3.3v.
4. Click five times at any time to turn your unit off for storage.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, i have tried clicking it 3 to even 15 times. I have tried to do it slow, medium and fast... Still nothing.... I'm starting to fiend!!

Try GENTLY pulling out (about 1/ 32") the post on the atomizer end of the carto or whatever you're using. Sometimes there's no connection between the juice delivery device ( holds and vaporizes the juice) and the battery.
