ego-T battery?

The only problem I can see with the T batteries is should it become inoperable in the off position for some reason, this could lead to a dud. My original eGo batteries require replacement after nearly a year. I went with the 900mAh because I don't trust the locking feature. Being a male (don't use a purse) it goes in my shirt pocket or pant pockets and I never had an accidental firing, so the 5 click thingy is not necessary for me.
