Hello ECF land, quick question. I'm noticing that my standard ego T battery is requiring I push harder when I want to use it. I've had the battery for over a year now. Is this a sign I need to get a new battery or is there a way I can clean the button to make the pressing easier. Sorry still new to vaping and hoping this makes sense.

Hi there, i'm not an expect by any means but from my limited experience and the reading i've done i would say that if you are near a 1yr mark on an ego type battery you have done well with it and probably time to replace it. If it still works ok I personally would put it in a drawer and keep that hard to press button ego battery for a backup and get another! If my current ego's i have last 1 year with all the button pushing i do i will be grateful.

Tx. I'm looking at a mod type batteries right now but currently rotate through 3 ego batts to keep the wear somewhat even on them all. I also never deplete any type of rechargeable as i believe in more frequent short charges is better then fewer long cycle charged. Works for me so far with all my devices from tablets to phones to ecig batts
