Hey

the common issue with ego batteries are the connection pin where you screw the tank and charger to . They tend to be pushed down over time or sometimes right away . You can try using very tiny tools such as a mini flat head for eye glasses or hobbies to gently lift on each side of the pin . You would hope to raise it back up ... it is good to screw tanks on very carefully with these devices . The other issue is ... they snap in your pocket pretty easily and the battery life seems to diminish pretty fast . I would suggest you to stop buying these over and over when the long term problems arise because I know people do this and it makes more sense to just put the money into a good device . Go get yourself an e leaf istick or something comparable and be worry free of these issues ... up front cost is more but the investment is worth it , especially coming from tobacco to vaping :) I also notice those ego batteries ... the firing button ... it seems to come out of place as well over use .

I hope this helps friend
