the draw on this thing SUCKS! i have suck so hard to get a tiny drag, NO AIRFLOW. Am i doing it wrong? this makes my cheap ecig look like a beast! the vapor is okay when i take a huge drag, flavor isnt really there either.

i need help! how do i make the airflow better? i new the draw was going to be tighter but damn its like sucking through a needle hole

Something is definitely wrong - the draw on eGo's are easier than most cig style ecigs.... The obvious first - the air channels are located near the button around the center band - if you cover them with fingers holding it - easy enough to do, you'll stop the airflow.

Next the flow goes through those small rectangular holes on the band -> through the hole in the atomizer -> past the coil to the slits on each side of the plate that holds the spike -> and through the flat sides of the tank to the mouthpiece. Some remove the middle baffle in the mouthpiece but that shouldn't be the problem you're having unless it is somehow plugged.

To narrow down the blockage, take the tank out of the atty and remove the battery and 'tailpipe' the atty - covering the atty top with mouth and draw and blow. If the blockage is there then there's something in the coil area that is blocking the flow. Soak in 151 vodka - cheaper the better - no flavoring, no coloring best. I use Galen's.

If the atty is ok, put the tank on and do the same draw and blow - if the blockage is there, try another tank. If ok, then put the atty with tank back on the battery and vape - if the blockage is there then there's something blocking the rectangular holds in the band of the atty OR something blocking the hole in the center of the atty.

took out the middle mouth piece and barely felt a diffrence, then i fiddled with the atomizer and twisted the tank a couple times and that help alot.
now its nice and smooth!
Thanks kent for your input!

Great! Not sure what that might be - maybe the residual plastic from the hole punch or something.... Anyway glad I could help.
