Ego-T LR atomizer question

I've been using my Ego-T for about 2 weeks. Love it. I am using standard resistence attys. I wanted to know if LR attys last as long? About how long should they last (i know, they are hit and miss.. blah blah blah), but in general how long should it last.

Also, does anyone reccomend a cartomizer? how long do they last, being disposable and all?

Finally I am using the Type A tanks. Do the Type B tanks leak any less? I have had a few tanks lose the top when pulling them off. Anyone find any tricks to beating that problem? Someone suggested glueing the caps on and using a syringe to fill. Might try that.

Hi there! I use the Lr ego-t's type A everyday, I get 2 to 3 weeks before I need to pull it apart and clean it throughly. I prefer the Lr The vapor is warmer. I don't care if they last as long as it makes my vaping more enjoyable but I think they last about the same length of time as the regular ones do. I have never had a top fall off in an atty in the 8 months I've been using them. I pulled my tank out a few times and I do twist it slightly as I pull it out. I would not suggest gluing them shut. If the glue gets hot, you will be breathing glue fumes. I have not used the type B so can't tell you if they leak less. But ego-t's tend to leak less if you pre-fire the atty for a moment or 2 before beginning your drag on it. Also don't let it get too hot, this heats your nicquid and makes it runny causing flooding. Hope this help! :)

As far as cartos go CrystalClearVaping has a 1.7 ohm Lr carto called "the Resorecter", it is the best carto I have found. But make sure to keep cartos toped off for best results. You use them until they either lose flavor or vapor production, you'll get the hang of it pretty quick once you get some. I usually get about 5 days or so from each; some more some less. :)

I am not a big fan of the eGo-T tank system. However, they do make soft rubber replacement caps for both type A and type B. You might give those a try.

For cartomizers try the eGo Dual Coil Mega Cartomizers at MadVapes or the Dual Coil Resurectors at Crystal Clear Vapes. The Mega Cartomizers at MadVapes are nice because they are designed for the eGo-T batteries.

The only one I can answer -

I can usually get 2 weeks out of a pair of good soft-cap stuffing-type cartos w/ a defined central air channel, though by the end of the second week the vape is degraded somewhat. the Boge is often good enough to do a 3rd week though obviously degraded from the 1st week. The Vapor4Life WOW carto is played out after the two weeks. So individually, if I was only vaping one, that would be a week for the V4L carto and about 10+ days for a Boge? This is with thin juices 20% or less VG, and all juices light and clear and leaving almost no carto-clogging sediment. One time I got 6 weeks out of a Boge using it 1/2 the time. That is standard resistance Boge on mostly 3.4v and the 2.5-ish ohm (?) Vapor4Life WOW carto on 3.7v.

Re LR BTW - you would have to use LR tank atty to use tanks

I love Vermillion Juice but it seems to be hard on the equipment. I have been getting a week and a half to two weeks. I don't try to clean them, I just toss them and start a new one if I am not getting the performance I want. Nothing is nicer than a brand new carto :p I have read reviewers claiming three to four weeks on these.

A newly filled eGo Dual Coil Mega Carto holds a little more than 3 mils of fluid. That can last me a day or longer before I fill the need to top it off with another 2 mils or so.

Frank, how long do your carto's last?
