Now, that I've pulled out my new LR Atomizers and confirmed they are LR, I now see that they don't have the post inside them but have a wick instead. Are these EGO-T like I ordered. If so I don't understand how they would work with a tank?

Sounds like a regular Ego LR atomizer. By "wick" do you mean the "wicking bridge?" If so, then that's what they are.
They are awesome atomizers. I use them exclusively. But if you don't have cartridges, you're limited to dripping, or a bottom feeder if you have an adapter.
Funny, because I ordered Ego LR atties a month or two ago, and got the tank atomizers... haha.

Yes, I guess it does look a bit like a bridge now I look closer at it. It has dark grey matter over it. I did check my order and it definitely says EGO-T LR's on it. Here I was concerned I was sent SR's and once I established they were LR's I forgot about them. So now I found the LED batteries don't work on all LR's I pulled these new ones out yesterday that I bought with the same order and noticed this!!!!
I have no idea... my guess it that the Volt carts are too small. I actually thought the Volt uses cartomizers.
eGO-T should say either "ego-t" or "joyetech" on the side of the atomizer, if it doesn't have either then its an ego, not an ego-t. Except now that the eGO atomizers produced now will also say "joyetech". Confused yet?
Atomizers are a nightmare for all vendors. With SR, LR, HV, 3 types, countless colours you end up with a ton of stock. All the atomizers come in the same black boxes with or without checkmarks done by hand to identify them. Its hard enough to keep them all straight yourself let alone train new staff that may not use the products themselves.
Contract your vendor, if you can take a picture of the inside of the atomizer and send that with your email, as that helps clear the back and forth trying to identify the atomizer.
Volts are a different thread to Joyetech eGO/510 thread, so unless you have an adapter it won't work.

thanks for all the info. I've sent an email to the vendor and hopefully will hear back later. I did wonder if I should have taken a picture but can still do that if he requests it. There was no writing on either of the SR's or LR's.
Yes vedors can get confused . In a recent order I placed I had order cartomizers for my Leo and ego mega dual coil cartomizers . The mega dual coil cartomizers they sent where for the Leo not ego . I had ordered a 510 battery to Leo adapter in the same order so I could still use them but I use egos at work with a booster so I wanted the ego MDCCs .
